  • Mr. Collins was my sales advisor he provided me with excellent service Sales Representative. I did take my car back to Penske because when I came home with the car on Friday June 7, 2013 I notice several spots on the car seem as thou it was a defect with the paint on the car spots on hood and trunk rear window outside mirror, rear drivers side bottom of rubber bumper had a deep scratch, floor in rear of the car had some white stuff on floor. I call Mr. Collins and advised him of the defects I see he told me I could bring car in at 10:00 on Monday he would take care of the problems he sent the car to be detail but spots was still seen. Mr. Collins talk to a manager who can out to see. Then Mr. Collins said that I would have to bring car back and live it for a day to be color sand and wax for spots they would prove me with a car for the day. I will bring car in on June 19, 2013 and leave it. I am satisfied how the company handle the problemm at the moment but I will have to see the car after they fix the problems to give rating of the car I received.   • I have been in twice before with a problem that I have consistently had concerning the drivers door. 75% of the time I have had to use the manual lever to open the door instead of the button. Another problem recently started happening with this door, prompting me to bring it back. This time I had Mike Palmer in service write it up. I told him of my past problems & he assured me he would find out what was going on. He was a man of his word, it was a $15.00 door switch that no one else was able to find. He also found another problem with the motor mounts that I will have fixed in the future. I think Mike did a good job of taking care of me. The car is an 3004 XLR. Thanks to Mike I will be back.
