              Arrived on a Thursday for regular maintenance, it appeared to be very busy at the service center. Service consultant was very helpful and tried to provide attention to me in a timely manner. Due to the long wait for the shuttle and no loaner car available, the service consultant authorized a rental car for me to use so I can attend my daighter's graduation on-time. Thanks!

              AFter a thief breaking into our Escalade...

              AFter a thief breaking into our Escalade and stealing our 3rd row seat, we brought it to Penske to repair the damage and to replace the seat. The task was performed as we were promised.

              This is the second time my radio has been...

              This is the second time my radio has been faulty. Car was fixed and ready as promised. The best part is getting the rental so I can go to work. The process is completely pain free. Thank you.

              Mr. Collins was my sales advisor he provided me with excellent service Sales Representative. I did take my car back to Penske because when I came home with the car on Friday June 7, 2013 I notice several spots on the car seem as thou it was a defect with the paint on the car spots on hood and trunk rear window outside mirror, rear drivers side bottom of rubber bumper had a deep scratch, floor in rear of the car had some white stuff on floor. I call Mr. Collins and advised him of the defects I see he told me I could bring car in at 10:00 on Monday he would take care of the problems he sent the car to be detail but spots was still seen. Mr. Collins talk to a manager who can out to see. Then Mr. Collins said that I would have to bring car back and live it for a day to be color sand and wax for spots they would prove me with a car for the day. I will bring car in on June 19, 2013 and leave it. I am satisfied how the company handle the problemm at the moment but I will have to see the car after they fix the problems to give rating of the car I received. Too make sure this is not a temporary fix or will it be a recurring problem.

              Traded in a 2008CTS for a 2013CTS. The vehicle was misrepresented by the sales person as I did not get an equivalent vehicule, and efforts to rectify this issue has been futile as my phone calls are no longer returned. I found the whole staff at Penske from the general manager on down to be unprofessional, rude and perhaps even incompetent. This is my third Cadillac from Penske, and the first two experiences were great, but this last one was definitely defective. This was equivalent to going to a used car lot. I will definitely not buy another vehicle from Penske, nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone.

              Mike was Service Advisor. Took my Terrain in for oil change and possible transmission fluid change. Mike was very friendly, courteous and quite knowledgeable. Also provided a loaner car...nice! Overall, another great Penske Experience! -Doug Stewart
